Course start date: Monday 11th January 2027 ... then every Monday for 12 x weeks. Behind the Mask brings together a diverse and dynamic group of women from a range of different backgrounds. Some may be currently in employment, while others are not; many face challenges relating to past trauma, low self-esteem, mental health issues, or are navigating new diagnoses of autism and ADHD. Despite these obstacles, the women have show a deep level of commitment and engagement, not only with the creative process but also with one another. From the earliest sessions, a strong sense of empathy, support, and encouragement begins to emerge and continues to grow throughout the project.
